Return Policy At Lika Vogue, we ensure all items are quality-checked before shipping. Please review our policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is damaged upon arrival or if you received the wrong size/item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Sizing Issues
We strongly recommend checking our Size Chart before placing an order.
If you ordered the wrong size, we can offer an exchange for the correct size (subject to availability).
Note: The customer is responsible for the delivery fees (to and fro) for size exchanges.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, jewelry and intimate accessories cannot be returned.
Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.

1. Deliveries Within Abuja We offer direct delivery to your doorstep within Abuja. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your specific location (Zone).
Central Areas (Wuse, Maitama, CBD): ₦2,000
Metro Areas (Garki, Jabi, Utako): ₦2,500
Residential Areas (Gwarinpa, Lokogoma, Life Camp): ₦3,000
Outskirts (Kubwa, Lugbe, Airport Rd): ₦3,500 – ₦4,500
Remote Locations (Gwagwalada, Bwari, Kuje): ₦7,000 – ₦10,000
2. Interstate Deliveries (Outside Abuja) For customers across Nigeria, we offer two shipping options depending on your budget and preference:
Option A: GIG Logistics (Home Delivery)
Service: Premium delivery directly to your doorstep.
Cost: ₦6,900 (0-3kg) | ₦9,000 (3kg+)
Timeline: 2 – 5 Working Days.
Option B: GUO Transport (Station Pickup)
Service: Budget-friendly option. You must pick up your package at the nearest GUO terminal in your city.
Cost: ₦3,500 (0-1kg) | ₦4,500 (1-3kg) | ₦6,000 (3kg+)
Timeline: 2 – 5 Working Days.
Important Note: Heavy items (like Handbags) may attract slightly higher shipping fees due to weight. The final price will be shown at checkout.
